Two brothers in the village of Sipche (also spelled Ripche.) Sipche is the last settlement on the way up to the North Face of the Ganesh Himal. It is about a 10 day walk from the nearest road.

This Nepali man is a porter by profession. Porters carry up to 80 pounds on their backs, cover 10-12 miles a day, and earn about three American dollars per diem.
